ImobilisCo protects its Users, for this reason the platform has established trust and security rules for Private Messaging. Use of the Site and the Service requires prior acceptance and compliance with said rules.

Private Messaging Users are solely responsible for the content of private messages exchanged via Messaging.

Users using Private Messaging undertake to:

• adopt respectful and loyal behavior towards their interlocutors;
• recognize that the main purpose of sending private messages via Messaging is the exchange of information relating to Advertisements.

We recommend that Users exercise caution when communicating personal information such as their emails or telephone numbers to their contact person.

Users may receive Email Notifications in the following cases: receipt of new messages via Private Messaging. User can manage receipt of notifications via Settings in My Account.

In order to fight against spam, fraud and deceptive practices, ImobilisCo prohibits:

• any abusive report;
• any content or practice of an advertising nature;
• spam and/or content spreading viruses;
• any misuse of functionality of the Site for the purposes of scam, deception or fraud.

This includes in particular:

• any hypertext link to content likely to be contrary to the laws and regulations in force;
• any phishing attempt such as the request for personal documents (for example: bank details, identity documents, etc.) via messaging or a hyperlink;
• any content usurping the identity of a natural person.

ImobilisCo reserves the right to suspend or prohibit access to the Service, in particular to Messaging, of any User who does not comply with these Conditions of Use.

User profiles may be reported by a third party if the latter considers that the rules established above are not respected. A report button is made available to you in order to bring to our attention any activity or behavior that seems inappropriate to you.

Messages exchanged in messaging are kept for 3 months, if during this period the maximum number of messages in your inbox or outbox exceeds 100 then old dated messages will be deleted to keep the maximum of 100.
